I just wanted to remind everyone that if they had been thinking about signing up for an Artfire Pro selling account, the prices will be changing on August 16th for new sign-ups. But, if you sign up by August 15th, you can still get the $9.95 monthly fee.
Here is the message Artfire has sent out, explaining the new prices:
Dear ArtFire Seller,
As mentioned in last week's announcement, the ArtFire Basic account will be retired as of August 15th. Along with the retirement of the Basic account, starting August 16th the monthly rate for new Pro sellers will be $11.95.
There are many changes and updates coming soon to ArtFire (check out the new ArtFire Cart preview in the "Coming Soon" section below). Increasing the membership rate for new signups will allow us to continue investing in the growth and success of our sellers and the ArtFire marketplace.
We're well aware that any time a change in the ArtFire Pro account subscription is brought up there will be a lot of questions. Allow us to try and answer a few of the frequent ones here:
Will my rate go up?
•If you are an existing Pro member who has maintained a Pro membership, your rate will not be affected by this change.
•If you are a Basic seller and you upgrade your account to Pro any time between now and August 15th, your rate will be $9.95 and will not be increased by this change.
•If you are a new member to ArtFire and you sign up for a Pro account between now and August 15th, your rate will be $9.95 and will not be increased by this change.
Who does this change affect?
This change affects new Pro sellers who sign up after August 15th, as well as current Basic members who wait to start their free trial until after August 15th.
